How do I delete my temp files/clear my cache?
Click on Tools in the Internet Explorer "File Menu Bar" and select "Internet Options".
In the "General" tab, read down until you see the Temporary Internet Files section, and Click "Delete Files"
A confirmation box comes up. Check the box that says "Delete all Offline Content" and Click OK.
It might take a few seconds (minutes with a large cache size)for the deletion to complete.
Now you can click OK, close your browser, re-open the webpage, login, and try whatever wasn't working again.
