I never got a response to my email, what am I doing wrong?
There are a number of reasons why you may not receive our emails, and that number continues to grow daily, but the most likely is a "spam filter". Spam filters are either installed on your local machine or managed (mis-managed) by your isp, mail provider or university network administrators. Spam filters can cause all sorts of problems. They can prevent our messages from getting to your inbox, and either cause them to bounce back to us, or route them to a "spam" or "bulk mail" folder in your mail program. In most cases, we are never notified that our message has not been received.

If you see a folder called "bulk mail" or "spam" in your mail program, make sure to check it regularly to make certain important messages have not been placed there by mistake. With a hotmail account, for example, up to 100% of your legitimate email can end up filtered as spam and sent to your junk mail folder!

Some universities have quotas in place that prevent a certain amount of mail from being sent, received, or stored on their servers. If this is the case, you must delete old messages from your mail server to be able to receive new messages.

In any case, if you do not receive a response in a timely manner, it means something has gone wrong between our computer and yours. Just Contact Us again, include your phone number, and we'll see that you are contacted and your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
