The password reset feature doesn't work, what do I do?
First of all, be patient. Only one password will give you access to your account at a time. Therefore, if you reset your password twice and then attempt to login using the information in the first email, it won't work.
Only your latest password reset will allow you to access your course materials. Reset your password
