To run IE without running Add-ons:

Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)



To run Firefox without running Add-ons:

Start Menu -> All Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)
