My login doesn't work, what do I do?
Before you reset your password consider these things:

*Blackboard (an e-learning software platform used by many learning institutions) is incompatible with our login. You must exit blackboard before logging in with us.
*Your login is always an email address, like this "username@college.org", not just "martha".
*Your password is case sensitive, meaning "PaSsWoRd" is not the same as "password".
*Be sure you're typing your password the way you did when you signed up (or exactly as it appears in the reset email).
*Check to make sure your "caps lock" function on your keyboard isn't turned on.

To reset your password, click the "forgot password?" link underneath the login dialog and follow the instructions. If you do not receive an email, check the spam folder in your mail program and read this FAQ entry to make sure none of the conditions it mentions apply to you. If you still do not see the reset notification, contact us and let us know. Be sure to include your phone number, because chances are there is something wrong with your email account and we will need to contact you by phone.

You should not reset your password more than once.
