How can I get rid of errors that won't go away?
Sometimes, legitimate error pages can "cache" on your machine. When this happens, your computer looks in a special folder, called "temporary internet files", which contains web page information, and loads the data contained there instead of requesting a new page from the website. This problem can be resolved by following the directions below.

Click on Tools in the Internet Explorer "File Menu Bar" and select "Internet Options".

Internet Options.

In the "General" tab, read down until you see the Temporary Internet Files section, and Click "Delete Files"

Internet Options, General tab, the
Temporary Internet Files section.

A confirmation box comes up. Click OK.

Delete confirmation box

It might take a few seconds for the deletion to complete.

Now you can click OK, close your browser, re-open the webpage, login, and try again.
